Two, after sale service
1. equipment arrived at the scene, our technical personnel arrived at the same time, together with unpacking inspection, and provide the relevant equipment handling, warehousing, matters needing attention of technical advisory services;
2. equipment installation and commissioning stage, our technical personnel to the scene to assist the installation and commissioning, timely handling of the problems encountered in the installation process, to ensure a successful delivery point;
3. according to the contract requirements to provide product use and maintenance instructions, equipment schematics, wiring diagrams, construction drawings and other technical data and spare parts;
4. after the installation of equipment to assist the power test, simulation of linkage with load operation;
5. products implement lifelong service system and 24 hours service;
6. after the warranty period, the seller is responsible for the long-term benefits for the parts, charge the cost fee;

11. the warranty period of the equipment is 24 months from the date of acceptance and the acceptance and use of the equipment. In the warranty period, due to the quality of product manufacturing and damage or can not work normally, we free repair and normal maintenance.
